Tickets for Utah Tech Events

Tickets for sporting events and are managed through the Utah Tech Ticketing Office. This website does not use the same login credentials as our other Utah Tech services (MyUT, email, Canvas, etc.) For support, send email to [email protected]

Activating Ticketing Account

IF USING MOBILE PHONE:

  1. Go to this link: https://utahtech.edu/ticket-office/
  2. Click "Buy Tickets"
  3. Click "My Account Login"
    1. If already activated account:
      1. Sign into "Returning Online Customer" using either your account email or customer number and password.
    2. If NOT activated account:
      1. Click "Link Your Account"
      2. Locate your "Customer Number" and "Online PIN" in your email from Utah Tech TicketOffice. If you cannot locate your account information, email [email protected].
      3. Once activated, fill in/update your personal information and create a password. KEEP THIS PASSWORD SAFE.
      4. Your account is now activated, and you should have access to your tickets.
  4. Once logged in go to "My Account". Your tickets should show up under "My Upcoming Events". Click on the game/event of choice and you will have the option to save your tickets to your phone's wallet or will be able to view the tickets as a pdf.

IF USING A DESKTOP/PC:

  1. Go to this link: https://utahtech.edu/ticket-office/

  2. Click "Buy Tickets"
  3. Click "My Account Login"
    1. If already activated account:
      1. Sign into "Returning Online Customer" using either your account email or customer number and password.
    2. If NOT activated account:
      1. Click "Link Your Account"
      2. Locate your "Customer Number" and "Online PIN" in your email from Utah Tech TicketOffice. If you cannot locate your account information, email [email protected].
      3. Once activated, fill in/update your personal information and create a password. KEEP THIS PASSWORD SAFE.
      4. Your account is now activated, and you should have access to your tickets.
    3. Once in your account, you should be able to view your personal information and options under "My Tickets".
    4. Select "Reissue" and select the game/event of choice.
    5. Check the boxes of the ticket(s) you will be reissuing. Click next.
    6. Select either "Mobile Delivery" or "Print at Home" from the Delivery Method drop-down. Click next.
    7. Click "Yes, Reissue".
    8. These will be sent to the email address linked to your account, and you will be able to print or view your tickets via your ticketing account. 

TRANSFER OPTION:

  1. If you are unable to attend a game or are sending your tickets to somebody else, you are able to transfer your tickets from your account. 
  2. Go to "My Account" and underneath your name and email there is a "Transfer Tickets" button. 
  3. Once clicked, you are able to view all of your transferrable tickets. Select the game you wish to send to someone else. The drop down will show you all of the tickets you have. Select each ticket you will be sending to ONE person (if you wish to send tickets to multiple people you will need to repeat these steps). Click "Continue".
  4. On this page you need to fill out the First and Last name of the individual receiving these tickets. You then have the OPTION to send them to either their phone number or email.
  5. Once the information is filled out, select "Review Transfer".
  6. Make sure the information is correct and click "Transfer (#) Ticket". This will send a notification via text or email for the individual receiving tickets to accept them. 
  7. *Please note that the person receiving the tickets needs to have a ticketing account to complete the transfer​*
  8. Once they have received the notification, they need to select the link in the text message or click "Accept Transfer" in the email.
  9. This will then prompt them to login to their Utah Tech Ticketing account. 
  10. If they have an account, they should login with their information
  11. If they do not have an account, under the "Sign In" there is a "Create Account" option, and they should proceed to fill in their information and set up an account.
