Use a Microsoft Team for file sharing and access the files locally using OneDrive

  1. Setup a Microsoft Team. https://help.utahtech.edu/kb/article/107-how-to-setup-a-team-for-file-sharing/
  2. Setup Folder structure by clicking New and then Folder

 

  1. Click the Add Shortcut to OneDrive button

  1. Install the OneDrive client
    1. Download the OneDrive App for PC, Mac, Android, or iOS – Microsoft OneDrive
    2. Log in with your [email protected]
  2. Open OneDrive from anywhere, Local computer, web, mobile app.

  1. Share the link from Teams, click the share drop down.
  2. Have your team member click the Add Shortcut to OneDrive button.
