Students

All current Utah Tech students are entitled to a free license of Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and more. To request access, simply go to https://adobe.utahtech.edu and log in with your Digital ID and password. After your request has been approved by Adobe, you will receive instructions by email about how to download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud suite applications.

After your account is approved, you can also log in (with Digital [email protected]) to https://creativecloud.adobe.com

Faculty & Staff

UT Faculty and Staff can also be licensed for Adobe Creative Cloud applications, but there is a yearly fee. If you need access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications, send your request, along with Index Code and approval from the budget administrator to Tracy Thomas.

We now offer two different licensing options.

  • Creative Cloud License ($80/year): This includes a wide range of Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro. Additionally, it now also includes Stock.
  • Acrobat Pro + Express License ($40/year): Acrobat Pro allows for PDF editing. If you only need to read PDFs, your browser can do this natively, so no need for an Acrobat license. But if you need to edit/modify PDFs, the Acrobat license will be necessary. Express is a new product from Adobe which they market as “a cloud-based design platform where users can create videos, PDF documents, web pages, graphics and other digital assets.  It is aimed at mainstream users, not professional graphic designers.” Adobe is trying to market this new offering, so they’re bundling it with Acrobat Pro.
