If You've Forgotten Your Password or Haven't Received It
Step 1 - Go to https://reset.utahtech.edu
Enter your Digital-ID to have a reset link sent to the personal email address that you provided to Utah Tech either when you applied to the University or when you were a current employee/student. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders for this email. When you enter your Digital-ID and click "Send", the system will show you the email address to which it was sent. If you do not have a personal email address set up or you no longer have access to the personal email address, you will have to call the IT Helpdesk at 435-879-4357 or come in person to the IT Helpdesk on the 2nd Floor of Holland Centennial Commons to reset your password.
Step 2 - Reset Password
Once you click on the link in your personal email. A new page will open asking you to enter your new password.
