You should make sure you are logged in to your UT account when accessing Google Gemini. Follow these steps to log on to Gemini with your UT account:

 

1. Go to https://gemini.google.com (or other Google AI site such as https://aistudio.google.com or https://notebooklm.google.com). If you are not signed in to Google yet, a Sign in button should be shown in the top right of your screen. If you are signed in with a different Google account (hover your mouse over the round icon or initials at the top right of your screen), be sure to sign out or switch to your UT Google account.

 

 

 

2. Enter your Digital ID@utahtech.edu (d00123456@utahtech.edu) to log in.

 

 

3. You'll see the Utah Tech Azure authentication login next, where you will need to enter your Digital ID@utahtech.edu (d00123456@utahtech.edu).

 

 

3. Enter your password next and click Sign in:

 

 

4. If your account requires 2-factor authentication, you will be prompted to approve the sign-in request:

 

 

5. Choose whether to stay signed in or not.

 

 

6. You should now be logged in to Gemini with your UT account. Select which model you want to use from the drop-down menu and enter you prompt for Gemini in the text box at the bottom of the screen.
