If you are getting Access Denied when you click on “Course Surveys” it is usually because your cache is full. You can try any of the following options.

Clear your cache. If you are not sure how to do this here are some instructions. https://help.utahtech.edu/kb/article/79-how-do-i-clear-my-browser-cache/

Try a different browser

Use the Incognito option. Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of the Chrome Browser. Then click on the drop-down window “New Incognito Window”
